MST Level 2 (Myofascial Sports Therapy)

Lower Torso Patterns, Postures, and Protocols

This section dives into the fascial relationships and imbalances affecting the lower body, including the hip, low back, knee and ankle.

Students will learn:

-How to assess and address common lower body patterns, such as anterior pelvic tilt, hip imbalances, and imbalances that create knee pain.

-The strategic use of Myofascial Decompression (MFD) to release deep fascial densifications and restore natural movement patterns.

-Techniques with IASTM to enhance tissue pliability and support recovery from overuse injuries like IT band syndrome or hamstring strains.

-Evidence-based protocols to correct postural imbalances, improve hip and pelvic alignment, and increase lower body strength and mobility.

By integrating these advanced techniques, students will gain the skills to:

-Create customized treatment plans for athletes of all levels.

-Deliver measurable improvements in posture, mobility, and performance.

-Address both chronic and acute tissue issues effectively

This course is designed to ensure you leave with practical, hands-on tools to transform your athletes' performance and recovery!
